OOR Ministry is a worship and outreach ministry based in Haifa, Israel, founded by Nizar and Rana Francis, Arab believers called to proclaim that Jesus the Messiah is the only true peace between Jews and Arabs. Through worship music, events and practical care, we carry that message from Israel to the nations.

Our Calling
The Jewish people, to whom the promises belong, remain largely unreached by the Gospel in their own land. Across the Arab world, hundreds of millions have never heard it in their own language. And yet the conflict between Jews and Arabs that dominates global headlines has no political solution. Every negotiation and every ceasefire has proven this.
In Haifa, Arab and Jewish believers are worshiping together in Arabic and Hebrew, declaring that Jesus the Messiah is the only peace that holds. Nizar and Rana are not observers of this conflict. They are Arabs living inside it, with family on all sides and a community that knows exactly what division costs. After October 7th, that calling did not weaken. It sharpened. The need to proclaim that the God of Israel is the God of peace, and that true reconciliation between these two peoples is found only in Jesus the Messiah, has never been more urgent or more costly to say.

WORSHIP & MUSIC
Nizar composes and produces original worship music in Arabic, Hebrew and English. These songs reach Arab audiences across the Middle East who have never heard the Gospel in their own musical voice, and they bring Jewish and Arab believers together in the same room to worship the same Lord.
